🚨POLICIES...READ BEFORE ORDERING🚨

⭐️All decorated cookie orders must be booked no later than 6 days(does not include the date they are due) before your event. If your order has not been booked by this deadline, I will be unable to accommodate the request.

💵 Deposit,Payment, and Refund Policy:
Orders under $60 require payment in full to initiate the order. All other orders require a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% of your quoted total to begin processing if placed more than 10 days from pick up date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled pick up date. All orders placed under 10 days require payment in full to initiate the order. For large orders, a higher deposit may be required.

When you book your order, other business may be turned away to ensure your order receives the time and attention to detail it deserves. Once booked, the design process begins, and the required supplies are purchased specifically for your order. Your deposit helps cover these upfront costs and the work that begins as soon as your order is booked.

✨Because all orders are custom-made specifically for your event, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you need to cancel, cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup date are eligible to have the amount paid applied as a credit toward a future order. The credit must be used to book a new order within 30 days of the cancellation date. No refunds will be issued. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date are not eligible for a credit or refund. ***ALL SALES ARE FINAL***

Allergy & Dietary Warnings:
❗️Dreadfully delightful cookies products are made in a kitchen which also processes: wheat, gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. All items contain Wheat, Gluten, Sugar, Eggs, Dairy. Some items will contain Vegetable oil, Corn Syrup, Corn Starch, and Food Dyes. Any nuts/fruits requested to be used by the client will be listed on the label.
We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
❗️The Client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards, and Dreadfully delightful cookies will bear no responsibility for any reaction or harm caused.

🚔 If you dispute/reverse any payment amount after the order is fulfilled I will file charges for theft of service or deception by fraud under Texas Penal Code section 32 or file a claim in small claims court.
✨ALL corresponding/images/videos/screen shots of corresponding are recorded for all transactions and kept for an unspecified amount of time.

📸 Content:
* Dreadfully delightful cookies reserves the right to use all photographs, video, and any other aspect of the custom order for advertising/social media purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually.
