Bertrand is one of Malbec’s most important voices, and we’re over-the-moon to have Bertrand-Gabriel Vigouroux all to ourselves as he teaches us the history of Malbec, through storytelling. He represents the fourth generation of the Vigouroux family, which has worked with this variety since 1887. His obsession is high-density plantings and tiny, magical yields, which puts Malbec in its finest French suit: buoyantly ripe, saline-fresh, and chiseled.

We have a big crush on this Poulsard, and you should too!

Native to the Jura region, which is like a less forgiving region of Burgundy (think: colder & wetter & more extreme), Poulsard remains a totally underrated gem of France. More like a juicy rosé than a full-blown red, it’s feathery on the palate but packed with oodles of wild berries and gentle, tree-hugger spices. This expression from Domaine Pêcheur is a store fan favorite, so let’s make it together.

Your ingredients?

✨ Wild strawberries
✨ White cherries
✨ Red currants
✨ A little sassafras & cardamom
✨ And one giant poofy cloud!

Join us this Saturday for a special spin-off of our “Share a Glass With” series, as we welcome Key Biscayne’s very own, Carla Vass. Former tech executive turned novelist, and lover of fine w**e, Carla Vass | Author will be debuting her first novel, The Rally. Her story follows Charlotte “Charlie” Walker, who has spent the last four years building the dating app Flutter. It’s an instant success. Life is great—until one day she walks into a boardroom and discovers she’s being given the boot.
So, she escapes to Europe for a Champagne-soaked vintage car rally, an extravagant, high-octane road trip where a cast of well-heeled characters drive vintage luxury cars and party their way through breathtaking locales.
Think: reinvention, romance, and a side dish of revenge! Carla will read excerpts from The Rally, while Allegra Eve Angelo leads a tasting of five w**es, inspired by the w**e regions woven throughout the novel.

Come taste the magic of the mountains and get a little Alpine High with us😉

Next Wednesday we’re heading to Alto Adige, a w**e lover’s wonderland for punchy whites and silky reds. Tucked into the foothills of the Dolomites, the region grows more than twenty grape varieties that are easy to love and, thankfully, not-so-difficult to pronounce. We’ll be popping the corks on six w**es from six different grapes from two of the region’s finest producers: Nals Margreid and Erste+Neue.
