id with taste This is how the idea of Sofritto came about. I developed several sets of menu's, each varied and delicious, that would appeal to my taste and dietary needs. Each set includes eight weeks of non repetitive meals which serve the twelve months of the year. I went to culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu, to become a Chef and with that Sofritto was born. Sofritto is a home style cooking Catering service that serves delicious and nutritious food with taste. My clients have loved it. I have clients who have health issues and love the variety and taste. I have clients who just love healthy food and rave over the menu's. There are clients who lost weight and maintained it due to the nutritious factor of the meals. Everything is made fresh on a daily basis, packed and delivered. There are four menu's to pick from each day, lunch, dinner, low to no carb and vegetarian. I am looking forward to serving you.
