Beef All of our cattle are raised on grass, outside in the fresh air when weather allows. In the winter, they are in the barn with access to an outside paddock area. Animals are finished to your specifications, either grass or grain, but absolutely no antibiotics, hormones, or steroids. Order by the quarter, half, or whole. A one hundred dollar non-refundable deposit is due at time of order. Chickens Our chickens are raised seasonally to insure they are pastured outside in the summer on fresh grass where they get fresh air and sunshine. We raise them to the size you like and we are taking orders now. We offer several different varieties, to suit your own personal taste. Pork Our pork turned out great last year and we look forward to raising pigs again this year. Like everything on our farm, they are pastured, given fresh feed and clean water everyday. With low stress and a clean comfortable environment the meat is tender, flavorful, and sure to please. A one hundred dollar nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of order. Eggs Our laying hens are raised outside on pasture in the summer and moved daily to fresh grass. In the winter months we feed them 2nd cutting hay.
