We are considering offering ground beef again. We will be testing the water to see if we get enough interest to do this. We will offer it in 25 # increments, it will be $6.00 per pound. This is an entire grind. This means, Ribeyes, fillet mignon, t- bones, are in this ground beef.

We have beef available Four dollars and twenty-five cents per pound. Buyer pays for processing. 1/4, 1/2, and whole available. We have processing dates available for late March and April.
