To Our Valued Customers:
Due to the current economy, we have been busy looking at alternative ways to assist you with the cost of food and keeping our shop open. We are in the process of changing to wholesale packs and pricing. It is our hope that this helps you. Wholesale packs and pricing means that you will be given a choice of packs (listed below) and we will sell them to you at hanging weight for a set price per pound. No mixing or substitutions are available or allowed in the packs.
Beef:
$5.25 a pound hanging weight with a variety of steaks, ground beef, patties, roasts, minute steaks, stew meat, spiedies, brisket.

Pork:
$5.35 a pound hanging weight with a variety of chops, steaks, roasts, bacon, ham slices, breakfast sausage, hot sausage, sweet sausage.

Chicken cuts will be available in a 20 pound half box (matched with another customer) or 40 pound full box (weight approximate) and will be by order only. Pricing and weight will be determined at the time of purchase due to market fluctuations.
