I promise you... you can make this cake with my easy cake box cake roll cake recipe! I experimented with this last week and it turned out great the first time... and this was my very first cake roll cake ever!! I will be making this strawberry cream roll cake again for Easter. It really is shockingly easy; I'll be making roll cakes a whole lot more now that I've figured out how to turn boxed cake mix into proper sponge cake. All you have to do is change how the eggs are incorporated! Recipe on the blog now.
