Pictured is 1000lb + beef carcases in one of our 4 coolers, showcasing the capabilities of our new USDA plant in handling substantial beef volumes.

Well it’s not winter here yet, but the beauty never fades no matter the weather.

The cattle are content in the back pastures still eating grass right here in Colorado. The way it should be.

It’s true, we eat a lot of beef. But we also support local companies that are above and beyond.

One of our favorites is CRave Artisan, and has been for a long time.

We know our sourdough, and their bread, donuts, mini cakes, heck we could go on, are simply the best. We can’t play favorites because they are all THAT good.

Today we had Old Skool sourdough with soup and a churro donut on the side. The others are pictured here for dessert, and yes, they’re as good as they look.

We might add the owners are wonderful too! We will continue to support local and help keep our money in the area.
