We’ve been dreaming about this for a while, and we’re finally ready to give you a first look! ❤️

Introducing the CINNAJAX CINNAMON ROLL BAR! 🤯

For TWO HOURS, we’re hosting a special pop-up event where YOU get to create your very own Cinnajax cinnamon roll, exactly how you’ve always imagined it!

🍦 Want a warm cinnamon roll topped with ice cream? YOU GOT IT!

🍪 Biscoff frosting with Reese’s cups on top? ABSOLUTELY!

🤤 Want to get creative and mix your favorite flavors and toppings? THAT’S THE WHOLE POINT!

We’ll be selling individual cinnamon rolls, giving everyone the opportunity to experience Cinnajax in an entirely new way.

This is our FIRST EVER Cinnamon Roll Bar event, and we’d love nothing more than to have our community be part of it.

CinnaJax wanted to take moment to celebrate 6 incredible years of El Jimador Mexican Grill! ❤️🎉

More than anything, we just want to say thank you. Thank you to Olivia, Cris, Ryan and Rudy.

From the beginning, the amazing individuals at El Jimador have shown Cinnajax so much hospitality, support, and belief. They never had to open their doors to us. They never had to give us an opportunity or believe in what we were trying to build.

But they did. And continue to do so.

They have become more than people we do business with — we are truly grateful to call them friends.

Many of you have also been asking where we are at. 👀 We’ve been at another one of their businesses, Cuatro Amigos, working out of their extra commercial kitchen on the strip. We feel so blessed to be welcomed into one of their spaces. 🫶🏽

And who knows… maybe even some future Cinnajax events over there too. 👀💚

Watching what they have built from the ground up, the way they continue to serve people, support others, and remain such an important staple in this community is something we have tremendous respect for.
