Don't spay your dandelions!!!!
This time of year one of the only foods available to honey bees are dandelions. 1 of every 3 bites of food we eat are pollinated by bees. This little guy was collecting nectar yesterday in my garden and the pollen stuck to his body and legs will go to feed the babies in the hive.

Honey bees can travel 8 miles and land on poisoned blossoms and bring that back to the hive. We find them dead around the hives all the time. Give them a little help this year please.
