A little glimpse into my morning chores. My favorite part of any day is working with the baby calves. They are so cute and always happy to see you. As you can see in the video these babies are getting their late morning water and blankets removed for the day.

I am a sucker for those adorable little bottle calves! Do I need more chores? No! Will I enjoy every second of feeding these cuties? Absolutely!

Mighty Mouse got his name because he was our smallest calf with the biggest personality! He has more sass and opinions than most people I know. There were many moments of me wondering what kind of monster we own, but I can’t complain too much because he is still adorable!

In anticipation of the colder weather we have moved our pumpkins inside the farmstand and are doing a steal of a deal on our remaining mums. $5 each on any mum in any size! We are hoping they find good homes before the snow!

We are aware the construction makes it hard to get to our driveway but you can still drive around the block and access our stand using the west bound lane. You can find us at 608 Willow creek Road in Corvallis.

What can we say little Prim, who was never where she was supposed to be is all grown up! Prim is expecting her own calf in March and we can’t wait! Gotta love her cute face ❤️

I was reminded today of the very first milk cow we had. Her name was poppy and she was opinionated! She was a great cow with just a touch of sass. I couldn’t leave a door open or anything laying around while I was working because she would find a way in to mess with it. Clover our next jersey/Swiss cross is just as opinionated and it reminded me of poppy. I still love my Guernseys but I guess you always need a jersey or swiss around to keep things fun!

With the days getting shorter we realized a light was needed in the new farmstand so Ben got these string lights hung up yesterday. The lights make the little stand look so cozy and magical. Delicious fresh bread 🥖 was dropped off this morning. If you have tried the bread then you know how good it is!! Stop by the stand at 608 Willow Creek Road in Corvallis MT.
