Well Holy Cow. Thank you everyone who came by my tent for the Food Truck Festival today. It was definitely a learning experience and thank you to my wife for helping me ! Had so many things fighting against me this weekend but we persevered!! I made a ton of buns (wanted to make more but life likes tossing wrenches) and still sold out. You all are amazing!!
Now to pack up in the rain and head home to hibernate for the rest of the weekend.

Late night post!!! Busy toiling away prepping for the Food Truck Festival in Roscoe on Saturday from 11am-7pm

Hoping I'm making enough for the whole day. I know I will underestimate the volume of people, but I will do my best for you all.

So for the menu tomorrow

BAO BUNS $5 each
-Pizza (pepperoni,sausage,cheese, in a pizza sauce smothered in garlic butter)
-Spicy Pork ( pork, spices, green onion)
-Chicken Teriyaki ( chicken, green onion, teriyaki sauce)
-Buffalo Chicken ( chicken, buffalo seasoning)
-Steak Fajita ( skirt steak, bell peppers, onion, Cilantro, cheese, lime)
-**NEW** Veggie Bun ( Napa cabbage, carrot, mung bean sprouts, in a peanut sauce)

TTEOKBOKKI $6 Bowl
-rice cakes in a spicy red sauce chewy and delicious
ADD FOR $2
-fish cake skewers
-fish balls ( like a meatball but fishy)

MISO SOUP $5 Cup

GREEN TEA LEMONADE $4

Hopefully you all can get some delicious food!

I would like to thank the Coshocton Sunflower Festival for having me on their opening weekend!! Shout out to the staff that makes it all go so smoothly. Rain held off for the most part and made it an amazing day. Met a ton of new people and had some returning customers! Glad everyone enjoyed my food creations!

If you havnt been out to see the festival before definitely give it a go. The Sunflower field was very beautiful and the grounds as a whole were super well maintained!

Hopefully everyone has a good rest of the weekend!!

Hey foodies time for an update!
Just a short one for tonight sadly due to my work schedule I will not be able to attend the farmers market again this weekend, but don't let that get you down they have a ton of other vendors that would appreciate your patronage not sure what goodies they're going to have this week but it's always nice to go and walk around and look.

As always if you want to order some buns just shoot me a message and we can work something out.

Good morning everyone. Just wanted to let everyone know I will not be at the farmers market today. Sorry people were expecting to see me but couldn't get away this weekend to make it. Hopefully everybody goes to support the other vendors at the Coshocton Community Center it looks like there are going to be a lot of good vendors there today go get yourself a hot dog and a snow cone!

I'll keep you updated as to the next Market hopefully everyone has a good weekend I'll talk to you later!

Come on dow. To the Coshocton Community Center to visit the farmers market! Lots of activity today and plenty of vendors to look at!!

Good evening everyone! I have a little bit of an update it's been a while I know life happens. But I will be at the Farmers Market at the Coshocton Community Center this coming weekend the 18th I'm just going to have buns with me this time since they are going to be a lot of other goodies at the market. Hopefully I can see a lot of your faces there I know it's been a bit. I look forward to letting all of you enjoy my food.

I don't plan on doing any pre-orders but I am planning on making a ton so get there early for a guaranteed grab.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there come out and support your local vendors.
