This is a Chantilly Cake! I had never heard of it or made it, but a customer requested it so I gave it a try! MY WORD! It is delicious!

Please comment below if you think Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Bean Paste, and Vanilla Sugar would be a good sellers. (I’m attaching a video clip of the paste from my TikTok account.)

Extract - $15 (5 oz) and $24 (8 oz)
Paste - $30 (8 oz)
Sugar - $7 (8 oz)

These are pretty time-consuming, so if they won’t be great sellers, I may focus on other items. Thanks so much for your help!!❤️

I’ve been practicing fried apple pies. Today was the best yet thanks to Janie Reeves’ recipe. It used dried apples and had a super flaky crust. I’ll make them available once I have them mastered!!🤗🤗
