Getting ready for the Hell On Wheels Car Show at River Side Park in Kelso,WA on the 4th. The menu will include our signature brisket sliders, smoked brisket Mac n cheese, smoked apple pie, and our smoked & loaded potato salad. This past weekend, Iron Haug BBQ were lucky to be a part of the BBQ fundraiser in Longview. Along with us and a few other pit masters, we were given 8,000 pounds of meat to cook. Over 5 thousand people attended this fundraiser, the community in Longview, and all over came together to donate money to the family’s affected from the explosion. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Bob's Sporting Goods for hosting us, and a super huge shout out to Adam Scattergood for organizing this event.
