We dug our sweet taters today
Super disappointing harvest.
We did get some but definitely not as many as we usually get. We generally get around 75 lbs or more. Every year is different.
Better luck next time!

Fresh batch of raw goat milk feta
It gets cut up and salted or brined.

It reminds me of my Papouli and eating feta and kalamatas olives
I have loved feta my entire life and mine is better than any commercial feta.

Blue says Good morning Rise and shine on ☕🍂🍁🎃
Happy Wednesday! It's going to be an amazing day!!
I'm planning on spending it with my sweetheart doing all the things around here.
Supposed to be getting rain later. Today we'll get a couple of goat pens stripped cleaned.and freshly bedded. We might have time to take horses for a walk before it starts raining.
I need to do a little cooking and some laundry.
But first coffee breathing meditation and yoga then milking and barn chores.
What are y'all getting into today?
