Are wind turbines, solar panels, and hydro facilities all that they are talked up to be?

Are renewable energy sources a colossal scam the we all fell for while the governments of the world served their own best financial interests while taking care of their friends and corporate partners best financial interests?

We will put all of our research in the comments section in a very organized manner that will focus on
- the environmental aspects of renewable energy
- the effects on the economy from renewable energy
- possible plausible solutions for renewable energy

Read our research and do some of your own and decide for yourself.

Only meat production facilities have stated any issues with H5N1 and disruption of normal business activities. Not a single hatchery that we have seen has released any statement on the disruption of business activities due to H5N1 which has honestly suprised us. The way H5N1 escaped England and spread to different continents so fast suprised us. The states and facilities that have been affected has suprised us. We have been studying the H5N1 outbreak since before any major news/media putlet in America spoke on it. We have posts to prove that. The way this entire situation is playing out, while considering all the facts, leads us to see the writing on the wall.

Tractor Supply, Rural King, and every store that we know of that sells baby poultry is getting minimal, if any, baby birds in. This is probably why we are getting call after call about our breeding operations and baby chicks for sale here.

First it was the methane tax on cows and pigs. Now they are coming after the turkeys and chickens.

2 weeks to flatten the curve became two years and ongoing. 30 days to flatten the curve will produce the same results. One day, private poultry ownership will be completely outlawed...just watch.

The government does not want us to be able to take care of ourselves. The government is a business and the customer is starting to become wise about the business model and starting to become self-sufficient as a result...and they can't have that. The government sells the idea that we need them to survive, when in fact, it's the other way around.

Mozzarella cheese is extremely quick, simple, and cheap to make fresh at home. Mozzarella can be made with as little as 2 ingredients.

Butter is another item that can be made quickly, simply, and very cheaply. Butter can be be made with as little as one ingredient.

We just received one of our small Ivation food dehydrator.

We will be trying out drying our pasta/egg noodles in this dehydrator. We have watched videos of people drying pasta in a dehydrator and everything turned out great. We did lots of research before deciding to try this route. Now all we have to do is run a batch of our pasta/noodles through and see what happens during the process and how the product turns out. We have lots of information that we need to collect from the final product. Saving time in order to meet product demand is great, but the quality of the product can not slip in the process.

With dehydrators, we will be able to cut down the drying time from 24 hours down to 2-3 hours which will allow us to keep up with demand. We can go from being able to only make 12 bags a day to a potential of making 40-50 bags a day.

If the pasta dries well like we are anticipating it will, we will be bringing in commercial/industrial dehydrators that hold more product. This dehydrator can only run 2-3 bags of our pasta/noodles a session.

We are getting a lot of calls for baby chickens, turkeys, and ducks.

We halted breeding until our move due to a couple factors. We may maneuver those issues so we can supply the community with birds sooner than the move.

We are starting a waiting list for baby birds.

Ractopamine (C18H23NO3) is a chemical compound fed to cows, pigs, turkeys, and chickens to make them get bigger while feeding them as little food as possible.

Ractopamine has been banned in 27 countries which is a big reason why virtually no other country in the world wants pork and other meat products that were raised in America.

When buying eggs, you will see all kinds of labels and words that you may or may not understand.

There is a big difference between pasture raised eggs and pasteurized eggs.

Pasture raised eggs are eggs where chickens are allowed to run around outside and the area they inhabit must allow "X" amount of Sq ft per bird. These chickens eat grass, flowers, bugs, and some grains. These eggs have the best taste, best quality, and best nutritional value.

Pasteurized eggs are usually the cheap eggs that are taken from sick chickens that are steamed for sterilization purposes. The yolks on these eggs will typically be smaller than average and very light yellow. These eggs are not great in taste, quality, or nutritional value.

Why the backyard chook boom has the egg industry concerned

The big egg producers are beginning to claim that small, self-sustaining operations are a threat to them, their birds, their businesses, and the industry as a whole.

Whereas it is true small operations, especially those that don't have licenses and are not legal businesses, do not have to follow the same rules that us licensed egg producers and egg producing businesses do. Even as a licensed business and farm we do not have to abide by the same rules and regulations as the big egg producers. Even though we do not have the same requirements and regulations, we impose them on ourselves because the health of our birds, local wild life, community, and our customers are our four biggest priorities. We do not need laws and regulations to force us to do the right thing. Simple as that.

Though this article is written with what seems to be honest concerns and tips for better poultry handling, this article feels like the big egg producers are trying to eliminate small operations and self sustaining farms. If our perception is correct, this article introduces an issue that will eventually end up on state and federal legislators desks that could possibly push for the elimination of small outfits and self-sustaining operations. Our opinion is us reading between the lines and using what we know to project what the future might hold.

With the push of plant based eggs and meat, as well as the great reset agenda, we are skeptical of many things and we are watching everything that is said and done by the government and big corporations. Being since this farm was started to help keep people fed in the event of any kind of collapse, we have to watch this kind of information carefully.

We sincerely hope our opinion is wrong. Please read the article and form your own opinion.

We have just become aware that there is a very substantial gas leak in the farm house specifically in the bakery. It is substantial enough that NIPSCO had to legally shut all gas lines down until the lines are fixed.

The farm and bakery will have to be shut down until this issue is resolved.

Every gluten-free product that we make here is also made in a gluten-based option as well. We happen to sell a lot more gluten-free products than we do gluten-based though.

A lot of gluten-free products at the store lack in quality and are expensive. Our gluten-free products are excellent in quality and are equivalent or cheaper in price than what's on the store shelves.

Gluten-free recipes are hard to crack, but we have done so in a cost effective manner.

Even though we will be heavily advertising our gluten-free products, we want our customer base to know that we do in fact offer all the same recipes with gluten-based flour.

After doing more research, Kent Brown has decided to make a serious change in the chickens diets.

Before Kent became too busy to do so, he was grinding all the chickens feed fresh every morning. He did his research on the best and healthiest binding agents and chose the best oil that he could given the research and the facts that he could find. Until recently, he had no idea how bad polyunsaturated fats were. After his research on polyunsaturated fats in vegetable oils, he doesn't want any oils in his chickens feed for the health and safety of his birds and his customers. That being said, he is on the hunt to find a good, clean, high-quality binding agent that is not oil based.

He has seen and read a plethora of research studies that have been conducted over the span of 60+ years from highly accredited and awarded scientists, microbiologists, biomolecular scientists, and medical doctors that show the results of these fats on rats. Most of the rats were dead within 4 weeks from either heart, brain, or cancer related issues. Most rats started looking absolutely horrible in just 1 week of having a high polyunsaturated fat diet.

Polyunsaturated fats from oils are not only guaranteed hurting our birds on the farm, but our chickens are more than likely passing off those polyunsaturated fats into their eggs which means our customers are eating them whether they purchase eggs from this farm or any product that this farm makes which requires eggs to produce. These polyunsaturated fats are almost guaranteed to be found in our chicken, turkey, and duck meat products as well.

This farm has never used any vegetable oils in the process of making our egg noodles, gluten-free egg noodles, tortillas, or gluten-free tortillas so those recipes do not need to be adjusted or changed.

Our customers can choose whether they ingest any polyunsaturated fats or not. They can choose how little or how much they want to ingest.

We have a choice to make as well. We have the choice to either create a cheap product by using cheap bases that are known to cause health problems to keep our bottom line as low as possible or we can create a clean and quality product and make less money.

In our eyes, we have a responsibility to produce the cleanest, healthiest, and safest foods possible for our customers. If our customers want to add polyunsaturated fats to our foods after purchase, that is their choice. We are going to give our customers the choice to choose. Polyunsaturated fats can always be added. They can not be taken away once they are manufactured into our products.
