It’s ok to admit you love cereal milk… how about some cereal milk cheesecake… huh huh… 😋 2 sizes or if you want a big one, I have that option also. This one is Fruity Pebbles, but think a Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Captain Crunch… help me be creative…

PIZZA PARTY!! 🎉 Fresh made seasoned crusts, with all the toppings, chicken and pork Italian sausage, pepperoni, lots of veggies and even Hawaiian pizza toppings. Very tasty and lots of fun making your own.

I have been working through a craving! Made home made corn tortilla chips, guacamole, salsa, and finished the meal with cilantro lime shrimp and grilled zucchini and squash. I think it hit all of my happy points 😊😋

Before the camping trip we went to a Derby Party at the Newmans. I can’t believe I didn’t get picture of the food but I catered the sides and made the cookies (there were other yummy decorated cookies too but these are mine). Sides were Mexican Street Corn, Cowboy Beans, and slaw. A good time was had by all!!

The river people loaded up our campers and motor homes and camped at Silver Springs State Park for a week. Each couple took a night for a dinner and I picked Cinco De Mayo. Had to replace my flat top (not mad about it 🤭) so I marinated skirt steak, chicken breast, peppers and onions. Put the tortillas down on the griddle and seasoned them up. Mexican Street corn, but that guac yum!! Fat and happy that night 😋

What a weekend! This was our first vendor food event serving hot foods and no idea how much food to make. I feel so grateful for my husband with his technology and Hawg Wash BBQ for the opportunity to team up! Most of all, I am thankful for the people in our tribe who made the time to come see us. We even got to see the Welaka crew on their golf carts. We met other vendors and hope to see more of them! Thank you, thank you, thank you 🥰❤️👏🏻
