I’m sorry I wasn’t open today as I planned. My son woke me up in the middle of the night rather sickly and unfortunately it’s continued throughout the day. I’ll try again tomorrow.

Dutch Babies for breakfast this morning. It’s one of our Sunday favorites.

Add to a blinder:
4 eggs
1 cup of all purpose flour
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
Splash of vanilla
Sprinkle of salt
3 (4 😘) tablespoons of butter

Preheat the oven to 400 with your cast iron skillet inside the oven with your butter in the pan.

Once the butter is melted, add the melted butter to the blinder with all the other ingredients while leaving some to swirl around the bottom of the pan to help prevent sticking.

After blending all the ingredients together, add it all to the hot pan and bake until it is browned around the edges. It will deflate some once removed from the heat. Don’t panic 🥰.

Enjoy! We always make two.
