We will be closed next week for some much needed family time. Y’all come by today and see if there is anything you love. I’ll be adding eggs and some more thrift items throughout the day.

Went ahead and opened the stand for a bit today if you are able to swing by.

I ran across a gentlemen who received this simple recipe from an Amish friend. He had high cholesterol and his physician was concerned about his heart health. He started drinking this recipe daily for 6 months. When he returned for lab tests, his bad cholesterol dropped by half and his good cholesterol normalized. He continued for another 6 months and all his cardiac lab results are within normal limits. His physician now recommends this regime regularly to his patients.
So, here we are in our house working to normalize our lab results as well. I’ll update you down the road with our personal experience.

Recipe:
1 tbsp Apple C***r Vinegar
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 cup of whatever juice you prefer (we found orange juice helps with the bitter taste of the vinegar).
