One thing we really care about here on our farm is using EVERY part of what we grow. πΏ
These onion blossoms from our organic garden are currently soaking in white wine vinegar and turning the prettiest shade of pink/purple. The flavor is going to be SO good β light onion flavor with a fresh floral finish. Perfect for vinaigrettes, marinades, pasta salads, dipping oils, and honestly just making food feel a little extra special.
This is exactly the kind of stuff we love creating. Old fashioned preservation methods mixed with newer techniques like freeze drying. Real ingredients, small batches, and finding ways to use what the garden gives us instead of letting it go to waste.
Weβre really trying to focus on unique, high-end culinary flavors for the farm stand while still keeping everything simple, honest, and homemade. π€
