This sweet double barrel pink themed farm cake was made for a very special first birthday.

For those wondering, a double barrel cake is two cakes stacked with internal supports and a cake board hidden in the middle, then decorated as one tall cake. It creates that extra-tall look while making it easy to serve, and you get to choose two flavors!

All of our cheesecakes are made with Philadelphia cream cheese, farm-fresh eggs from chickens right here in Creswell, real Madagascar vanilla, and vanilla bean paste.

We also use Umpqua heavy whipping cream, homemade lemon curd, and vanilla bean custard!

Each 4” cheesecake is baked, then slowly cooled in the oven for 2 hours before being refrigerated overnight for the perfect creamy texture.

πŸŒΏπŸ’— This beauty is headed to McKenzie Bridge for a wedding this weekend!

One special request for this cake was that it be dye-free, so I had the opportunity to create these gorgeous pink tones using natural ingredients instead of artificial food coloring. The frosting was tinted with a blend of dragon fruit powder, strawberry powder, and raspberry powder. πŸ“βœ¨

Inside is a light lemon poppyseed cake filled with raspberry filling!

The fresh flowers were sourced from our local ladies at The Flower Basket & Gift Boutique in Cottage Grove along with dried ferns and some roses from my garden.

Has any one seen the Dot Cakes going viral right now?? I just had to make a few and share! It is vanilla bean cake layered with fresh whipped cream, topped with vanilla buttercream and lots of dot sprinkles! Gives a nice crunch to the bite!

I am extremely excited to announce that Made it Myself is now a LICENSED & CERTIFIED Domestic kitchen!! πŸŽ‰πŸ€©οΏΌ

But what does that mean?? This means NEW products, including cheesecakes, custard filling, fresh fruit, TIRAMISU, Chantilly cream and more!

To celebrate I have a few new items out in the fridge today! Expanding my flavor options has been such a dream of mine and I’m so happy I can finally offer them!
