We are beyond excited to be heading out in just a couple of weeks to pick up the newest addition to our family and—if the stars align—the newest stud prospect for our program!

This has been a long time coming for us, and we’re incredibly grateful to have been given this opportunity with this special little guy.

A huge thank you to Spader Kennels for trusting us with him. We’re so excited to welcome Robin into our family and can’t wait to see what the future holds. We have big plans, and the adventure is just beginning!

🐾 MEET DIESEL! 🐾

Diesel is an approximately 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog who has come an incredibly long way and is ready to find his forever person! ❤️

✅ Neutered
✅ Up to date on vaccinations
✅ Heartworm negative
✅ On heartworm prevention
✅ Good with cats
✅ Off-leash trained using the Mini Educator training system

Diesel was found in October 2025, abandoned in the woods alongside a female dog. A client of mine hoped to add Diesel to her family, so she began training with him and her other male dog. After spending time working with Diesel, it became clear that he needed more extensive socialization and would be happiest as an only dog or potentially with a very particular female dog.

When Diesel first came to me, he had some serious behavioral tendencies that could have had a very different outcome without intervention. Over the past year, he has made incredible progress and has blossomed into a truly fabulous dog. His one major limitation is that he is dog selective.

The good news? Diesel is not leash reactive and has been able to thrive with consistent training and structure. He has gone back and forth between farm/kennel life and foster-home environments so he could become comfortable in a home setting and be thoroughly evaluated.

Diesel is good with cats. While he has not lived in a home with children, he has been handled and petted by children and has done well with those interactions. As with any dog, we believe introductions and interactions should always be supervised and handled appropriately.

Diesel is now fully off-leash trained with the Mini Educator system and is ready for someone who will continue to give him the structure, consistency, exercise, and adventure he deserves. 🐕💙

We are also willing to provide transport and an extensive training lesson to help Diesel and his new best friend get off to the best possible start together.

Diesel has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. He has worked incredibly hard to get where he is today, and I truly believe his perfect person is out there.

Seeking Placement 🐾

Diesel is an approximately 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog currently finishing up Phase 2 of our foster training program. He originally came to us from a training client who rescued him from a difficult situation, and he’s made great progress during his time here.

Diesel is a very sweet boy with a lot to offer the right home. He thrives with structure and engagement and would make an ideal hiking or adventure companion. He loves the ball and has an excellent food drive, making him fun and rewarding to work with.

Diesel is not dog-friendly (this does not mean he is reactive), so he will need an only-dog home. However, he does well with other types of animals.

He is fully up to date on vaccines, neutered, and comes with completed on- and off-leash training, as well as his training collar.

All of our Rosie x Groot babies have officially made their way to their new homes!

Our final pickup was our orange collar male—now known as Kuzman! He’s headed all the way to Vermont, where he’ll be living his best life as a hiking companion and possibly even getting into shed hunting and blood trailing.

Big adventures are ahead for this guy, and we’re excited to watch him grow and thrive in his new home! 🌲

We sent two of our Rosie x Groot babies home yesterday, and we’re so excited for what’s ahead of them!

Our little Rosie look-alike girl is headed to West Tennessee, where she has a big job in her future. She’ll be working as both a goose deterrent dog and a bed bug detection dog as she matures — a unique and important role that fits her drive and personality perfectly.

Our sweet, engaged, and athletic little guy made his way to Florida, where he’ll be diving into the world of agility. His new partner has some serious goals and aspirations, and he’s more than ready to rise to the occasion. We can’t wait to watch this team grow and see where their journey takes them.

We call him Brad The Man — and he absolutely lives up to the name. This little guy is full of personality and always ready to entertain. He’s been a fan favorite around here and is just a silly, fun dude to have around.

Brad is looking for the right active pet home, ideally with someone who enjoys getting out, doing things, and maybe even dabbling in dog sports.

At 8 weeks old, he has:
• First vaccine completed
• Microchipped
• Deworming schedule UTD
• Full hearing confirmed via BAER testing
• AKC registered

He is the last male available from Rosie’s final breeding, making him a pretty special pup.

Our first Rosie x Groot baby has officially left the building!

Now named Squizzy — Wildcard’s Coyote in a Field of Wolves, this little character has headed off to Ohio to start his new adventure with his family and future partners in crime.

We’re excited to watch him grow as he begins his journey into protection sports — he’s got the attitude and personality to make it a fun ride.

Our little Groot half mask look alike and fan favorite is seeking placement!

This little guy is looking for his best friend to go on adventures with, train, and continue to show him the how awesome the world is!

He’ll be ready to go home the week of April 14th.
