What a wonderful way to wrap up AAPI Month! We had such a great time making kimchi together. There’s something truly special about being surrounded by people who appreciate and celebrate your culture.

As Korean culture (K-beauty, K-dramas, K-food, and K-pop) continues to grow around the world, I feel incredibly privileged to play a small part in introducing and sharing it with our community here in Tennessee.

Hearing that some of you drove all the way from Spring Hill and even stayed overnight in a hotel just to attend the class absolutely blew my mind. It reminded me that what I do can have a meaningful impact, and it gives me an even greater sense of responsibility to continue sharing Korean culture with care and authenticity. Moments like that are also why I love what I do. ❤️

Can you believe that four of us are planning trips to see BTS on their upcoming tour? It turns out we’re all K-pop fans! 💜

We hope to host another Korean culinary class (🤫🥟) sometime soon and would love to see all of your beautiful faces again. Thank you for bringing such great energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. You were all amazing and made me feel right at home.

A big thank you to Hi-Wire Brewing Knoxville hosting us!

감사합니다! 🇰🇷🥬🌶️✨

We are thrilled to announce that we are adding another kimchi workshop class! 🥬✨
(Did you notice we love working with bars and breweries? Honestly… who wouldn’t? 🤭 It’s chill, fun, and fermentation just belongs there.)

This special workshop at Dream Country Brewing is more than just a class — it’s a collaboration to celebrate and embrace the goodness of fermentation together. 🌶️🍺

Your ticket will include:
• A hands-on kimchi making workshop 👩🏻‍🍳
• Kimchi tasting 🥢
• 1 fermented drink of your choice — draft beer, kombucha, or cider 🍺🍎✨
• A jar of kimchi to take home 🫙🥬
• All materials included ✨

Come join Ajumom Kimchi at one of the newest hottest spots in Cookeville to learn, make, and taste your very own kimchi!

All ages are welcome. Spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with us enjoying great food, drinks, and community. 💛 We can’t wait to see you there!

Korean Yakult is a sweet, tangy, milky probiotic drink in those iconic little bottles—something almost every kid in Korea grows up with. I still remember the Yakult delivery ladies in uniform, pushing their carts door to door. 💃

It’s also a popular mixer for soju, especially for those who don’t love the harshness. A touch of egg white adds that soft, foamy finish.

“My Little Soju Pop”—the name says it all (IYKYK). 💕 I wanted to create something fun and approachable—an easy, playful way to introduce people to soju.

This drink was brought to life through a true collaboration between and —blending nostalgia with a modern twist. Honestly, words can’t fully capture it… you just have to try it yourself.

Today is officially the last day of our April collaboration menu. 🥲 Give us a little extra love and come say goodbye (for now) to this sentimental menu with us. 💛

Barley tea (보리차) holds a special place in Korean culture. It’s known for helping lower cholesterol, support circulation, and flush out toxins—so it’s often enjoyed daily as a water alternative.

“A Breezy Barley” is a light, refreshing, and thirst-quenching cocktail—like a soft spring breeze. It also brings back a hint of McCol (맥콜), a nostalgic Korean drink from my childhood.

The perfect sip for spring 🌿
Ajumom’s pick: best paired with K-TOWN BULGOGI LETTUCE WRAP or AJUMOM CREAMY KIMCHI DIP

Don’t miss this one-of-a-kind Korean-inspired menu—only here for the last couple of days.
