There’s nothing better than gathering great people around the table and creating a meal meant to be shared and enjoyed together. Had the pleasure of cooking for this wonderful group tonight, and it was a night full of amazing conversation, laughter, and plates cleaned all the way through dessert. 🍷✨ Thank you to the Corley and Schoeffler family’s for including me in celebrating with their children and their engagement.
Tonight’s menu:
✨ Apps
• Tuna Poke Nachos - spring roll chip topped with seaweed salad, fresh tuna, strawberries, cucumbers, red onions in a spicy ponzu sauce
• Blueberry Flatbread - whipped goat cheese, fresh ricotta and feta, fresh blueberries, hot honey caramelized shallots topped with arugula micro greens tossed in Myers lemon infused oil and sea salt.
✨ Salad
• Heirloom Caprese - fresh heirloom tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, black truffle oil, fresh basil and balsamic vinegar caviar
✨ Main Course
• Coffee Mocha Peppered Filets - pecan chocolate butter sous vide filets
• Crawfish Mac n Cheese - Gouda, Gruyère, Fontana, Cheddar and Jack cheese smoked Mac n Cheese topped crushed pork skins
• Roasted Brussels Sprouts - apple maple bacon jam roasted Brussels
✨ Dessert
• Banana Foster with homemade rum and vanilla wafer ice cream
