July to August. So much growth happens in one month! Day-to-day change sometimes feels slow, but looking back at a chunk of time you can really see how quickly things grow. Sounds a little like life doesn’t it? Can’t wait to see how full of beauty these beds are at the end of September!

✨midweek sparkle✨ but make it feel like fall 🍁

Are we close to fall? Ish? Plzzz?? Even if doesn’t feel like it outside yet, we sure can bring the fall inside with flowers.
Can’t wait to show you more of the fall bouquets that are coming over the next few weeks!

Goodbye, August! I will NOT miss your heat. You were a tough one to love this year, but God still gave us good things in you. Like butterflies and bees and sunflowers as big as my head and zinnias with so many ruffles you can’t believe how it can be possible and popsicles and rest and spoiling teachers and plans for spring and flowers that bless people and sunsets and gorgeous harvest buckets and dried flowers and birthday flowers and zinnias with hearts in them.

So, so eager to see what September brings!

Welcome to the -ber months!
Even though we are still having quite the sweat here, the farm is giving some beautiful fall-ish bouquets 😍 The amaranth with red and green leaves is especially a delight right now. So fun! Are you planning to grab your “fall-ish” bouquet this Friday at the flower stand? 🍁

A RECORD-a mini farm tour less than 3 mins long!!! 🤣A (literally) quick look at my perennial raised bed.

This bed was already here when we moved in in 2020, and when we came for a viewing there were giant pepper and tomato plants! It had the most luxurious soil I’d ever seen! Now I’m converting it to a perennial bed. The yarrow is already planted and I can’t wait to see how it fills in over the next couple years. This fall I’m planning to add some echinacea (aka coneflower) and Veronica to finish it off. Can’t wait to see how it looks in a couple years!!
