Last year for some reason Lillie didn’t have a calf. We moved her from one herd to another and that possibly stressed her… we assume she miscarried. She bagged up… no calf!

We had wondered if she was even bred this year. But she bagged up… and yesterday she had her first calf!! A little heifer!!

This is Eve’s sister, daughter of Willow and granddaughter of Socks. She’s the little calf the kids raised. We love Lillie!!

The rainbow when she was in labor 😭
