Shhhhhhhh…. Just in time for your Memorial Day grill and smoker adventures:

A fresh delivery of Snske River Farms Wagyu beef (grades black & gold) and Kurobuta pork have arrived.

Both represent some of the richest marbling US farms have to offer.

For the serious outdoor cook, we have 1 Wagyu brisket and a few remaining tri tips.

For the serious “I wanna seem like a serious outdoor cook” we have 1 remaining, pre-smoked by SRF to perfection, heat and eat Tri tip that will taste like you worked on it all day……

Do you like ramps?

I like ramps.

We got in a limited supply of RAMP SAUSAGE. & I don't like the texture, soooooo........ we are going to sell it at our cost.

Tawney thinks if you cut it up and made a breakfast casserole out of it, it'd be great. Flavor is good, just not a fan of the in the casing texture and trying to eat it like a traditional sausage.

AND

I am VERY picky about what we carry in the speakeasy and I rather take a loss than carry something that isn't the best it can be.

At the Speakeasy, we’re avoiding boredom.
