These Viral “Half-Pound” Brownies Just Dropped… Are They Actually Worth It? 👀🍫

I tried the full spring lineup and gave honest ratings for each flavor 👇
Chocolate Caramel Cheesecake – rich, creamy cheesecake flavor with caramel running through (9.4)
Old Fashioned – super fudgy, thick, and classic brownie done right (9.8)
Lemon Haze – strong lemon flavor with a sweet crumb topping, but blueberries barely noticeable (8.3)
Almond Sugar – nice glaze and crunch, but heavy almond flavor isn’t for everyone (5.5)

Surprisingly, the most simple flavor ended up being the best. If you love thick, rich brownies, this lineup has some serious hits—but not every flavor is a winner 👀

Trying Popular Cakes at 85°C Bakery Cafe 🍰 Honest Taste Test

The famous Taiwanese bakery 85°C Bakery Cafe has so many desserts, so I decided to try some of the cakes on display and give my honest review.

Here’s how they ranked for me:

🍓 Strawberry Deluxe Cake
Soft, fluffy sponge with light strawberry cream. Not overly sweet but very balanced. 7.8/10

🍒 Black Forest Cake
Chocolate cake with cherry filling. The cherry was quite tart and the chocolate topping slightly bitter for my taste. 3/10

☕ Coffee Brulee Cake
Light texture with a gentle coffee flavor and just the right sweetness. One of the better ones. 8.3/10

🍰 Tiramisu Cheesecake
Expected a strong tiramisu taste, but it was surprisingly mild and not very sweet. 5/10

❤️ Red Velvet Cake
Beautiful presentation with smooth cream cheese filling, though the cake itself felt a bit dry. 6.5/10

🥭 Mango Brulee Cake
Soft sponge with a tart mango layer at the bottom. Interesting flavor but less sweetness than expected. 5/10

Overall, these cakes are much less sweet than typical desserts, which some people may really enjoy. If you prefer sweeter cakes, your favorites might be different.
