The smoker will be rolling this week, and we’re ready to bring you the same slow-smoked BBQ you’ve come to expect!

First, I want to sincerely thank every one of our customers for your continued support. Because of you, Lit’l Johnnys BBQ continues to grow, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

Most importantly, I thank God for blessing me with the ability, the opportunity, and the passion to do something I truly love. Every cook is a chance to serve others, and I never take that for granted.

🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from Lit’l Johnny’s BBQ! 🇺🇸

Hey y’all!

As we celebrate the birth of this great nation, we first want to give all the glory and thanks to God for His many blessings and for the freedoms we enjoy each day. We also want to extend our deepest gratitude to the brave men and women of our Armed Forces—past and present—whose sacrifice and service have helped protect those freedoms. We don’t take that for granted.

This morning starts early for us as we’ve got a whole hog on the smoker for the 250 American Celebration! There’s nothing quite like the tradition of cooking a whole hog low and slow over wood and charcoal, and we’re honored to be part of such a special event. We can’t wait to serve up some authentic Whole Hog BBQ!

If you’re planning a birthday, wedding, family reunion, corporate event, church gathering, graduation, or any special occasion, Lit’l Johnny’s BBQ is now booking catering and private events. We’d love the opportunity to bring great barbecue and southern hospitality to your next gathering.

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that Lit’l Johnny’s BBQ is still here and still smoking delicious things on the smoker! 🔥🐷

The last few weeks have been incredibly busy with private parties, and the next few weekends are shaping up the same way. We’re thankful for every customer who has trusted us to help feed their family gatherings, celebrations, and special events.

If you’ve been thinking about booking us, I currently have availability for the weekends of July 10th and July 18th for private parties, catering, or our regular weekend BBQ packs.

First, I want to apologize for the limited availability this week. Family comes first, and I appreciate everyone’s understanding while I took some time to focus on those who matter most.

This week, orders will be available for Friday pickup only. I will be accepting preorders through 5:00 PM on Wednesday, so be sure to get your orders in before then.

Lit’l Johnny’s will be closed the next two weekends while I spend some time with my mom, family, and take care of a few private events.

With Memorial Day coming up, I’m opening orders early—so if you don’t feel like cooking, I’ve got you covered.

Private parties are booking fast for the summer, so if you’ve got graduations, weddings, or any events coming up, reach out and lock in your date early.
