We are reaching out today with a really heavy heart, but also with immense gratitude. Due to some recent federal legislation that tightly restricts h**p-derived cannabinoids, our products will no longer be federally legal after December 11, 2026. Because of this new legal landscape, our last day for online sales will be October 31, 2026.
Since we started this journey back in 2021, your incredible support has meant absolutely everything to us. You aren’t just customers; you are the reason we love what we do.
We want to make sure you can stock up on your favorites before the federal rules change. To help you do that, we are running a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) special on all of our tinctures (1200mg & 600mg) and Immunity Gummies starting right now. And, as always, your online shipping is completely free. *BOGO only applies when purchased directly from Frogtown H**p.*
If you prefer to grab your items in person, we would absolutely love to see your faces! Come hang out with us, shop face-to-face, and grab some exclusive, unadvertised sales at these local fall festivals in Dahlonega, GA:
September 12: Harvest Festival at Tractor Supply
October 10 & 11: Catober Fest at Hancock Park
October 24: Bark in the Park at Hancock Park
October 31: Eden & Co Harvest Joy at Blue Mountain Vineyard
Things are moving fast with these legal regulations. Please follow us on social media and keep a close eye on your inbox so you can be on the lookout for any sudden updates or changes to our schedule and inventory.
Stock is limited and we expect things to sell out quickly before the October 31 deadline, so please head over to the site today to place your orders.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for standing with us since 2021.
With love and gratitude,
Kelly, Lacey and Bruce
