So one, possibly two c***s, dealt with.
As much as it bothers me because I want to live in harmony with the nature around me racc***s are a pest.
Approximately 12 birds in a week.
The son shot one tuesday. He went to dispose of it and it had disappeared. Wednesday another c**n appeared. It could have been the same one because it survived or the other one that hubg on the periphery of the yard.
We let our birds run free. It isn't unusal to have a bird here or there disappear but this was ridiculous.
Tuesday's c**n was so bold it killed two during the day.
Anyway, end rant
The war is now on.

Chickens are pasture raised and the eggs are collected daily.
We average about about 7 dozen a week.

My hen and her babies.
Incubating is a lot easier when I'm not the one having to do it. I really do prefer for my hands to raise their own babies.
And then goats will not stay out of that chicken house. That should be remedy tomorrow.
