When you order a whole steer from Red River Dexters, you get to keep the hanger steakā€¦. The butcherā€™s best kept secret šŸ¤«

Here is how we cook itā€”

Ā¼ cup of olive oil
Ā¼ cup soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Ā½ tsp salt
Ā½ tsp pepper

Marinate in the fridge over night.

Grill 4 minutes each side on high heat.

(rest 10 minutes then slice against grain)

Get your freezers ready! Itā€™s beef processing time!!!šŸ¤

Red River Dexters is committed to raising registered ADCA cattle for farm to table beef. Our Dexters spend their lives roaming around eating grass and other nutritious plants. They go straight from our pastures to be processed. We only process healthy animals raised without growth hormones or antibiotics. The result is delicious, lean and tender beef.
