The idea behind Rush Hours came about in 2019, when founder Keenan retired from the military and found himself spending time in bars, contemplating where life might take him next.                                                                       
“Being in the bars just about everyday, I realized that during the peak hours I would feel overlooked and I occasionally receive the wrong order because the bartender didn’t hear me correctly. It got to a point where I sparked conversations with other bar-goers, and it turns out I was not alone in my experience.
