I am a registered Seminole Indian as part of the Tusekia Harjo band, the largest band in the Great Seminole Nation of Oklahoma. My grandmother was Seminole Indian and my grandfather was from the Philippines. I have been perfecting my BBQ craft for 30 plus years providing smoked meats and sides for family and friends. I have desired to open a restaurant for many years and took the leap to get start

ed with my food trailer in January of 2023 with hopes of eventually moving into a brick and mortar. I smoke with seasoned pecan and use my specially mixed dry rub on all meats. All foods including our sides and BBQ sauce are housemade. We have had many customers claim we rank up there with Terry Black's, Hutchin's and many other highly rated BBQ names. Come give us a try and see how we compare. We can promise you won't be disappointed. One of our best sellers is our Loaded Smoked Mac & Cheese made with a cheddar and jalapeno sauce with a hint of smokiness topped with a sprinkle of "magic dust" (our dry rub).

We'll be at Log Cabin City Park on Cedar Creek Saturday, proudly serving participants and supporters for the third consecutive year at this amazing event benefiting scholarships for Fruitvale High School seniors.

Indian Outlaw BBQ is excited for the first tournament of the season! We’re looking forward to seeing returning teams and families and meeting all the new teams joining us this weekend.

We’ll get both days of your tournament started with breakfast tacos and finish the day with our mouth-watering BBQ.

Online ordering is available by scanning the QR codes placed around the building. Be sure to scan the Concession Stand QR code to place your order.

Please note: The trailer will not be open this week, but we will still have your favorites like Ribs and Loaded Potatoes available at the concession stand.
