Creamed Spinach Tortellini w/Shrimp

I’m not prepping at the moment but I’m always in the kitchen. Remembering to take pictures is the hard part. I’d been seeing this and wanting to give it a try and it turned out amazing! I used smoked Gouda, cream cheese and Parmesan for a rich and creamy sauce. And trust, it’s super rich so moderation is a must 😂. However it was deelish!
