Packing is one of the activities at the farm that I enjoy the most.

It is dynamic, fast and to an extent it allows us and our farm team to know our clients. We might not see your faces all the time, but we get to know your mushroom preferences.

The mushrooms you get from our farm are hand-harvested daily, sometimes even twice per day. Yup, they can grow really fast, especially in summer.

We proudly hold a GAP certification ⭐ that is revalidated every year. GAP stands for Good Agricultural Practices, and in short it means that our systems follow strict cleaning standards, tracking methods, and gives an extra layer of food safety.

We keep the bar high, grow high-quality mushrooms in a safe way, and have an easy onboarding process for all our customers.

Last week we received heartbreaking news.

Adriana was a leader in mycology, with a PhD focusing on fungi, ecology and climate change. We met when she was an assistant professor at and we became friends quickly by nerding out in contaminants and the biology of fungi.

She was an advocate for equality, hardworking mom of two, loving wife and terrific friend. She genuinely cared for the success of her students.
She advanced the field of mycology in the desert and had so many other plans.
