Hoping everyone had a Merry Christmas and getting ready for a new year. Here at the Casa Melendez putting down a butt pork shoulder in the smoker for 8hrs. One of my favorite pieces of meats I love to smoke. As you can see it was very juicy and tender. Thanks for watching
