This September I'm trading in farm boots for Cycling shoes and riding in the Great Cycle Challenge to help raise money for childhood cancer research.

The Great Cycle Challenge is a nationwide September cycling fundraiser benefiting the Children's Cancer Research Fund, which supports research aimed at developing better treatments and cures for childhood cancers.

I'd love to have our community behind me for this one.

🌯 Easy Farm-Fresh Breakfast Burrito 🌞

Quick, hearty, and packed with flavor—this burrito is your new go-to morning fuel!

You’ll need:
• 2 farm-fresh eggs 🥚
• 1 flour tortilla
• 1/4 cup shredded cheese
• 2 tbsp salsa
• Optional: cooked bacon, sausage, or veggies 🌶️

How to make it:
1. Scramble the eggs in a hot skillet.
2. Warm the tortilla and layer on the cheese.
