I’m so excited to officially share that I will be competing in the Texas Food Championship in Corpus Christi, Texas on September 25–27, 2026 at the beautiful Water’s Edge Park! 🌊🍽️🔥
As a chef with over 26 years of experience, from cooking in my grandmother's kitchen in Mississippi to becoming an Executive Chef and Pastry Chef, this is a dream come true. This competition is a huge opportunity, and competitors will be battling it out for a chance to qualify for the World Food Championships! I’m beyond grateful, excited, nervous, and ready to give it everything I’ve got.
To make this journey possible, I am currently looking for sponsors and community support to help cover travel, premium ingredients, and competition fees.
