All ready to go in your favorite marinade, dressing, on your wings, fish, pizza, ice cream, fruits etc. Nice heat level balanced out with sweetness and all flavorful peppers and garlic infused into our hot honey. Absolutely, zero heat pasteurization. Raw & local honey infused slowly over time several months with dried peppers and garlic. No vinegar or other additives.

For giggles but real talk, while inflation and other economic factors have driven costs up across the board. US honey prices have remained stagnant. Foreign imported honey and even non honey syrups purported to be honey continue to artificially devalue real domestically produced honey. The cost to keep bees healthy and alive are at an all time high as are packaging, labelling, shipping materials, etc. Buy real honey, buy from a beekeeper. Don't reach for the cheap imported crap off the grocery store or big box shelf. Buy real honey produced by US beekeepers. This also helps bolster our domestic agricultural markets, bees pollinate many of those crops. By using your consumerism wisely and supporting local goods, you can help shape the marketplace around you.
