And just like that, it was the end of an Era. We said goodbye to Boss Hog today. He is on to his next great adventure and we are on to ours! Can't wait to see what God has in store for this next season in our lives!

So what is the saying...Good things always come to an end.

With that being say we have decided to close our food truck/catering business. We want to thank the good people of Rockwall County for supporting us on our adventure. We will miss the smiles, friendly faces and relationships we have built over the years through our bbq.

Who is ready for some BBQ?

We are back and ready to serve our customers. We are so excited to be selected as one of the premiere food vendors at Rockwall Founders Day Festival. We were hoping to get some popups under our belt before this festival but unfortunately time flew by in physical therapy.

Come out and grab a Sammich, Turkey Legs, Ribs and/or even some Pork Belly Burnt Ends on Saturday May 21 10am- 8pm at Harry Myers Park.
We can't wait to see everyone.

One step closer to getting back to it! Richard had his shoulder repaired a week and a half ago and is recovering well! He has some physical therapy to knock out and then he will be ready to fire up that pit!

We have had a lot of questions as to why we haven't cooked much in the last few months. We chose to take some downtime to focus on my dad and making sure that his needs were being meet. While we missed seeing you guys we know that we will never regret the precious time spent with my father. We are heartbroken with his passing and appreciation your consideration as we regroup and shift our focus back to some Rockin' Q soon.
