What’s your leftover makeover dinner? Breakfast? Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with leftover baked diced chicken, leftover stir fry bell peppers with spinach, shredded cheese and just bake for 30 minutes. Leftover half portobello stuffed mushrooms for breakfast. Sautéed diced onions, add chopped leftover portobello stuffed mushrooms and 2 scrambled eggs. Spread the scrambled eggs mixture on top of pre baked store brought pie shell, and topped with shredded cheese any kind and bake for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
