Guys! For 2 years in a row, Red's Ghost Pepper Salsa is an ### Hot Scovie award winner! We love this flavor because it starts out kinda sweet (thanks to a touch of pineapple juice) and then the ghost pepper rolls in and keeps on coming. It has great flavor and lots of heat! Come taste a sample at the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show in this weekend. @ Sandia Resort & Casino

Red's Mango Habanero Chicken Picadillo... So good and easy to make!

Cook 1 cup onion in olive oil

Add chicken, 3 cloves garlic, 1.5 tspns cumin, 1/2 tspns salt, 1/4 tspns cinnamon and cook until done

Stir in 1 jar salsa (Red's Mango Habanero... Add Red's Ghost for more spice) and 1/3 cup raisins

Cover and simmer

Add some sliced almonds for crunch 1/4 cup

Enjoy over rice or in a salad wrap!

Welcome to Red's Salsas! Exciting news! We are in the midst of Red's Revival! If you have followed Red's Texas for awhile, you know that John has had health issues which prevented him from continuing to make his award winning salsas and hot sauces over the past few years. In a whirlwind of circumstances, John's son Ryan had a friend start a sauce company with his brother for their family recipes. Texas Triangle Grove has taken on the mantel to make sure Red's products are not lost! John is still advising and will always be a big part of Red's future. He is grateful for all your support and recovery well wishes. We reintroduced John's great salsa at the 2017 Austin Hot Sauce Festival and now you can buy them online on our Salsas page or find us at a show! Now also available on Amazon Prime! We will be bringing back the hot sauces so stay tuned for more updates!
