A memorable meal starts with exceptional ingredients. We were thrilled to partner with Chef Rockow of Rockow Catering for a special dinner at Museum Tower, bringing Forum Meat at Home to the table. Chef Rockow fired up our Tri-Tip and Ribeye to perfection, pairing them with an incredible lineup of sides for an evening centered around great food and even better company.

Yesterday, we welcomed students from the American Meat Science Association for a tour of our facility and a behind-the-scenes look at what we do at Forum Meat Company.

The group included 23 students from 13 universities across the Southwest, ranging from undergraduate students to PhD candidates, all studying meat science and exploring careers within the industry.

It was inspiring to meet the next generation of meat industry leaders and see their passion for learning more about the work that goes into producing quality products. We’re proud to be part of an industry that continues to grow with the support of talented young professionals!
