A young man finishing his day, you may look at the field and see pretty square shouldered bales with net wrap, but what you don’t see is the grease on his hands ✋🏻, the dirt on his jeans 👖 from fighting to make the machines work like they are supposed to. Today JPD V was successful, not every day is like that but we continue to try. I have spent 32 years trying to scratch a living from the soil and am trying my best to pass on to him what I have learned.
Now we are off to town for an Ellis County Farm Bureau Board meeting with a State Senatorial candidate.
