Why did I start making Dairy-Free Cheese?
Well, I grew up eating cheese with everything! However, after some time, I realized that everytime I ate lactose products, my stomach swelled,I had gas and nausea. At the end, I couldn’t sleep. So I started looking for other options or ways to eat cheese. Then, I found about vegan lifestyle.
I am not vegan, but I like some of vegan recipes. That’s how I found vegan cheese. I found out about vegan cheese made with nuts along with other natural ingredients (non-animal products). The recipes were able to get the cheesy flavor to the mixture, so even though I knew I wasn’t eating regular cheese, it had the taste I was looking for.
Now I can enjoy all types of cheeses from fresh cheese to spreadable cheese, up to semi-cured cheese and cured cheese. And I decided that I want to share these options with the world!
