Wynfield Farms Wynfield Farms is a community located in Little Elm, Texas about 35 minutes north of Dallas.

The community was developed by Ryland Homes from 2000 to 2003 and includes over 500 homes ranging from 1,500 to over 2,800 Sq Ft.

You may want to consider doing so before the police watch the videos from the neighbors. They have already received a report.

Homeowners and Neighbors,

We understand the frustration in the pool opening delay. The board has their own families wishing to use it, and we're bummed about it, too. It will not be ready for Memorial Day as we'd hoped and planned. We're so sorry.

The weather hasn't cooperated, and a leak was discovered in the kiddie pool that needs to be addressed.

After it looks like the decking is done, it still needs to cure for 48 hours, and the pool will need to be cleaned.

So, (even though gate-jumping shouldn't happen anyway), please do not try to access the pool before we announce that it is ready and the gate has been activated.

We appreciate everyone's understanding. The amenity will be so much nicer when it's completed!

Pool Decking Repairs
Wynfield Farms Neighbors,

We’re excited to share that the community pool decking is currently being completely refinished.

Once this project is complete, the pool will officially open for the summer swimming season. We will announce the opening date as soon as it becomes available.

Election of officers needs to take place and if quorum is met, we can address other business.

We don't need long, but we are watching the weather. If it will be storming, we'll need to reschedule. So, stay tuned!
