Fall off the bone Jamaican oxtail, honey chipotle chicken wing, steak with a cowboy butter sauce, garlic rosemary mashed potatoes, zucchini, and yellow squash medley with onions and peppers and white rice… cooked everything from scratch, no shortcuts…. Oh, and I had an appetizer which was a Zimbabwe- Chinese inspired fusion of a beef curry eggroll that is a Nelly creation

This was my first gig. It was definitely a learning experience , but I did enjoy it. The family was great! Looking forward to the future of this new adventure.
