The BratHaus specializes in selling gourmet Bratwurst and authentic German food through, festivals, parties, and other special events, and supplying high quality meats at great prices to Dallas area customers. The BratHaus was founded in Dallas in 2010 by a Lawyer and a Realtor both of German descent and having a love for The Brat. We saw the need for high quality Bratwurst in Dallas Texas, and to

gether with a local Austrian sausage factory designed a custom bratwurst recipe —“The Haus” - to meet that need. Since that time we have expanded our selection to cater to the tastes of the local market.
