Caviar & Prosciutto Nachos

You’ll need:
• Bag of chips (sturdy style work best)
• Prosciutto
• Crème fraîche (room temp)
• Caviar and/or roe
• Chives, finely chopped
• Lemon zest

How to:
Open a bag of chips (or pour onto a platter).
Layer and wedge prosciutto between the chips.
Drizzle the room-temperature crème fraîche all over.
Spoon on caviar and/or roe.
Finish with chives and a light sprinkle of lemon zest.

Voilà — snow day indulgence.
