Curt's BBQ Sauce Family-owned barbecue sauce, putting smiles on faces and joy in bellies since 2007. We šŸ«¶ YOU! At that time, we used canning jars, sealing every lid ourselves.

Curt's BBQ Sauce is a family-owned business that started in January 2007. The sauce itself, however, has been in the family for over 20 years. (Dad Curt is the sauce specialist, and it took us that many years to get the recipe out of him!)

In 2007, we started producing our sauce as a family in a licensed and regulated facility. We took our final products to craft shows, farmer's markets, and fair

s. We really enjoyed this family affair, sharing lots of laughs and hard work. We enjoyed making it ourselves, however the demand for our sauce grew to a point where we were not able to produce it ourselves. Our friends at Full Service Foods in Hillsboro, ND now bottle our sauce. Our recyclable bottles have new labels, a new look and are more consumer friendly! This has been quite a barbeque sauce journey so far, and we look forward to continue putting smiles on faces and joy in bellies by sharing our special sauce with others!

We are honored and excited to announce we are now a part of the SuperOne Foods family in Wadena! ā¤ļøšŸ™Œ

(Behind the scenes intel šŸ‘€:

Itā€™s not easy getting into larger grocery chains. There are way more NOā€™s than YESā€™s and there are so many logistics involved one would never think ofā€¦

But the one common denominator is this: it starts with one person believing in us and our sauce. At SuperOne, that was Wadena store manager Justin Potz (pictured below with Curt).

We approached him, gave him some samples, and he had his entire team taste our sauce. They all loved it, and now our sauce is in his store to start, making it closer to many of you!ļæ¼)

(Repeat. Hard work. Hard noā€™s. Some yesā€™s. Repeat).

Why do we continue this grind? YOU our loyal customers. šŸ˜Š
